Can my 2011 truck still run in California?
Yes — but only if its Clean Truck Check is current. A 2011 diesel over 14,000 lb is subject to Clean Truck Check, and because it’s pre-2013 it needs a smoke-opacity test plus a visual (not an OBD scan), twice a year. Unit #108 is overdue right now, which puts it at registration-block risk — get it tested before it runs in CA again.
